Returns
Normally returns are only accepted for store credit. Returns must be accompanied with the original receipt and have occurred within three months. Cash returns only possible on amount or $10 or less (cash can not be provided when the original purchase was done via a recent check). At the discretion of management, returns on credit card sales may be made with a restock fee to cover the doubled cost of the credit transaction.

CUT FABRIC
There shall be no returns on cut fabric.

PULLED THREADS
There shall be no returns on pulled threads.

BOOKS
There shall be no returns on books, magazines, or other copyrighted material.

CLASSES
Classes are paid in advance with no refund. Substitution by an alternate class is permitted if it is without disruption.

CONSULTING
Our materials are sold with our service and our help for those purchases are included free of charge.

Outside materials (purchased elsewhere) may be supported on a consulting basis at t rate of $10 per hours with a one hour minimum charge as time permits. Old Town Needlecraft customers receive priority service.
